Big O Tires

we were very pieased with the way mr dan debusk treated us. its as if he knew us all his life. have not been treated this way by any other service man in our 46 years of marriage. he immediately waited on us went right out to the car and got the info he needed. our appointment was 10 and waas done by 10 40 that was oil change fuel filter fluids checked and tires rotated. you could not go any else and have it done that fast and with the pride he had and his staff. i will not take it no place than here in the future. thank you mr debusk for what you did for sylvia and i and making us

I just had 2 new tires put on about 2 months ago, and this past weekend I must have ran over a nail. Big O was great to fix it for me for free and also did a complimentary alignment check while I was there!

My wife mentioned that she felt something that concerned the driving of her car. We have been doing business with Big O Tires for several years so we took our van to have them check our tires. They recommended that we needed to replace our tires so we had them give us our options. The manager provided his assessment of the situation and we decided on a set of tires and based on his suggestion we had a front end alignment to make sure that the tires would wear well. We were pleased with the advice we were given since we've been good guidance in the past. Our last set of tires worked out well so we decided to go with Big O Tires again.

I was happy with my purchase and my expectations were met with excellent speed of service and friendly technicians who listened and took care of changing my tires out . I will recommend this location to a friend this month especially because of the good promotion for tires.

Less expensive than the dealer and better service

The staff at the Big O Tires center were very friendly and knowledgeable with everything we needed for both of our vehicles. We will not be going anywhere else for tires!
