Discussed my warranty on the tires and came to a better understanding of what the warranty covered. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable.

I went in to have a front tire looked at as it continually was loosing air. I was met with a smooth talking, but very friendly representative who would not check my tire and told me I needed all new tires. I know that is their business to upsell, which he did. I did purchase new tires, alignment and some addl tire protection. I also had them change my dash air filter. I had to have my husband return my car a couple of day later as when they did the alignment they left my steering wheel cockeyed. I was a little perturbed at that but it was corrected.

We had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. We were not checked in until 10:20 and the car wasn’t moved into the garage to start the oil change until 11.

the cost of a wheel alignment was over $160. this was way too much for an alignment in my opinion. i paid $80 at a competitor.

I called to order the tires needed. Jason was very nice, gave me a total, and immediately charged my card. When I got there, he tried very hard to upsell me on getting a front end alignment. He even said if I didnt get one, my warranty was not valid. I asked why he didnt tell me this on the phone. He said he had talked to a lot of people that day. I'm guessing corporate is pushing the front end alignments, and it was not specifically him. Either way, I was extremely not pleased. I will be warning my friends.

The add on costs were 40% of the total bill and I was charged a TPS monitor fee even though my vehicle doesn’t have a TPS system

I called a couple of days ahead to schedule an appointment for an oil change for my Mercedes e350. Tried to explain that the shop would probably need to order parts, but the associate said he could only schedule the appointment. At the time of service, the shop didn't have an oil filter on hand that fit my car and had to re-use the oil filter already on the vehicle. In the future, I will bring a new oil filter with me so that the oil filter can be changed.

My original location I bought all 4 tires from the summer of 2021 and the protection plan wouldn’t send over my paperwork at the new one I went to. I didn’t have it on me at the time I should of had in my car. I thought with Big O Tires you could go to any of them so I chose the one with the available time slot. Unfortunately the previous location wouldn’t help out sending over my paperwork.
