Your associate was rude beyond imagination.He acted like he hated his job and I was bothering him He did not explain why I was charged for something and when I asked for it to be taken off my bill it was an even bigger deal.

My car has a bad vibration at 60mph and I thought it was an axle problem but it wasn't. I ended up buying a new tire because I had a nail in one and they balanced my tires but it did nothing to stop the vibration.

Every time I go to his location I have an issue. Twice during other services I asked that a valve stem be put on a tire - and both time it was not done. This time the sensor in the tire was replaced and the vehicle was not reset - now the tire pressure sensor light comes on every time I start the car. Now it is another trip and extended wait. Very frustrating.

Have been coming here for 10+ years and always had a " we care about you experience"... not the same with new ownership and new employees. Not sure if we will continue with your business...

when i scheduled the appointment and when i dropped the truck off, i asked them to check the wheel bearings because i was experiencing noise when i drove the vehicle. When i picked it up, the associate checking me out said there were no notes to check that issue. He called the associate that checked me in to the counter and he said that told me they checked it, spun the wheels around and didn't hear anything. the odometer showed that it hadn't been driven to check it. Once i got home, i realized that the hood wasn't closed completely.

I've been going to this location since 2003 and have always received great customer service and explanations for what's going on with my car. I'm more frustrated than dissatisfied. I came in on Monday, had the timing belt and fluids took care of. When I was driving, the TPMS light came on. I came back Tuesday, and the air pressure was reduced, and the light went off. When I was driving home, the light came on again. I brought it back on Wednesday and had the 4 cylinders replaced. Once again, when I left, the light came on. I brought it back on Thursday, and young Dan went through it to see what the problem was and took it for a nine-mile ride as I requested, and the light didn't come on. As I was driving home, the TPMS light came on and has stayed on. I talked with Yyung Dan, and he has been wonderful and was going to check with tech support for a solution. I'm bringing the car back tomorrow to resolve the issue hopefully. Every person has been wonderful, especially Dan and I will always come to Big O because I trust you guys. It's just frustrating that I'm still dealing with this problem.

Admittedly, I was frustrated. But the manager was defensive and didn't attempt to understand my point of view. As I tried to explain myself he became condescending and rude. In general there was a lack of transparency and a pressurized sales environment, which I did not enjoy.

I brought ny vehicle in for routine Maint (oil & filter change, etc) otherwise vehicle running fine, until I brought the vehicle home. As I was driving home the vehicle began shaking and it stopped twice.

No one at the front desk when I got there. Manager prints out my car fax and proceeds to argue with me about what needs to be completed when I scheduled an oil change. Bad mouths another company because I got my tires done there instead. No communication throughout the oil change and took 1.5 for a 7am appointment.
