I expect to be on time with my service. Since Ralph sold it’s been a nightmare.

Let folks know why q price is what it is and if additional work needs to be done give it as an option. My oil was changed and I needed an oil gasket. Why not offer to handle the issue instead of letting me leave with a leaking pan? Yes I talked to an associate about it. He said, "it wasn't gushing out so it'd be fine" then why tell me its recommended to be charged ?

After service was complete to my wife's vehicle a noise began from the vehicle and after further investigation found a wheel balancing wait inside one of the new tires. The problem was found and no permanent damage but the cost, time and headache out weights the value.

We have been bringing ALL our cars to this Big O for OVER 20 years. the last THREE visits the service friendliness and professionalism are NO Longer there, it seems that this facility went from caring about the customer to ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. I do not want to be upsold and wait TWO hours for a standard oil change. I left a poor review two visits ago, was contacted and I returned again for another standard service a few months later. However this is the second time I have been very dissatisfied and will look elsewhere.

Took them to long for them to get my car in and start on it. If they were backed up they should of said that in the beginning. No customers Waiting that means they should be more on top of getting the customer that are in lobby out or what is an appointment for? To be Waiting for 2 hrs if not more?

I understand that I did not make an appointment I was not satisfied with the time that they had my vehicle I dropped it off at 11:30 AM and picked it up at 4 PM for oil change that was my only problem price was great they did what they had to do just the time it doesn’t take four hours to do a oil change

Typical “used car sales men” commission employees. Sales person told me “alignment included for free. Right up until he gave me my total and boom. Charged me for the alignment. Wow what a surprise. I needed tires so I went with it. I’m over arguing with every single business and getting shafted. So over places like this honestly. You would think they get paid by the tire. Was told “we have plenty so let’s get you in here” on the original tire type quoted. Get there and “oh I must have sold them.” Didn’t have any excuse. Wonderful job guys. Pressure people into to sales and lie.

Been coming to this big o for several years, feel like prices are good and mechanics knowledgeable. Had appointment for oil change at 2pm, took over 2 and half hours to complete. No, updates while I dat and waited. Tires were also rotated but pressures not adjusted, TPMS went off while going to Flagstaff. Tires are 51 in rear and 44 in front. Have had good experiences here but not sure I will drive half an hour to come back again.

I have had my vehicles serviced at this specific Big O location for over 20 years, even when I moved I traveled to this location due to the excellent service I have always received, however today was very disappointing. I had an appointment for an oil change and was greeted with a 10 minute "upsale" to purchase additional services. I was told I "had" to have the $49.95 Oil change as it's the one for GM cars but they would give me a $10 discount. When I asked why I could not get the $29.95 oil change, two separate techs could not explain the difference but my "salesman" stated it was the one I needed and the semi-synthetic oil was not compatible with my vehicle. My oil changes in December 2019 and March 2020 both cost $20-$25 with the discounts Big O applied but today's oil change was over $45, more than double my recent oil changes. I am not sure if they are under new management but if so I do not plan on returning if they feel doubling the cost is customer service. I'll be happy to look somewhere closer to home.
