I was highly satisfied because of the service I get every time I go to midas for my oil changes and anything else I need to get done to my car. The service manager is very friendly and helpful in explaining what is being done during the work on the car. And Joe the technician is always letting me know what needs to done to my car if it does. I telephoned and got an appointment for the same day. I thought that was really great!. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brian and very quickly he took my information and my vehicle was whisked away for its oil change. The whole process was very easy and quick. I barely had time to do the little bit of work I brought with me, before my vehicle was brought back out. I paid and was out the door in about 1/2 an hour. I liked the waiting area, the wifi, the fact that coffee was available if desired and the friendliness of the staff. The bill was as explained, no surprises. All in all, a great experience.

They took the car in minutes after we arrived. The man at the desk told us exactly what the problem was, how long it would take to fix, and what it would cost. He was extremely friendly. The part were delivered promptly, and the repairs were done quickly . It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.
