Ordering was quickandeasy. The mobile order was ready when I arrived. I was in and out without delay.

Everything was nicely packed and ready when I got there. My only complaint was the fact that the bread seems to be old. I could taste it. It's normally fresh at this restaurant but maybe they decided to get rid of the old bread that was in stock because it was obvious. Other than that, they have never disappointed me and I am happy to say that this one is my favorite one. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful and never rude or unhappy. The restaurant is always clean inside and out. Everything has always been packaged nicely.

The manager was very nice and respectful. He made sure our order was correct and complete. The service was excellent and had a great overall experience!

It was easy to place the order online. Fred from the McKinney location called me the day of and confirmed the order which I appreciated. Greg delivered the order right on time at 6:00pm. We noticed right away that the bread was missing. Greg offered to go to the nearest grocery store and get bread for me. I was extremely appreciative of this offer to make the order complete because I have a broken foot and I'm not able to drive and was expecting 12 guests in my home at 7:00pm for dinner. Greg returned with the bread as promised. As I was setting all the food out, I then realized the chicken I had ordered and paid for was also missing. That was unfortunate but we all really enjoyed the food we had and I would order again.

first time visiting the manager was very nice and helpful. He carried my mothers tray out to the table.
