la Madeleine

The food experience was not up to par with what we are used to from La Madeline. The quiche was very watery, and the French toast lacked flavor (just tasted more like sugared white bread). The ordering experience was also extremely confusing. We were standing around with no clue what to do for a solid 5 minutes.

Associates were rude

It was my first time going to la Madeleine cafe in person. I went to get some pastries and a coffee but I would rate Highly Satisfied if I would of tried their entrees. But I was satisfied with their service and easy ordering of their bakery.

Ordering is complicated to me. Friendliness of staff is just ok. Food is good but not excellent.

Ham was nasty, it was lunch meat not as advertised. My order was missing the potatoes I paid for. No one asked if everything was correct

I asked for extra bread to go with my soup and it wasn't in my bad when I arrived. They got it for me quickly though. I really enjoy this new location.

The croissant was a little old. My eggs were a little under cooked. It took a few minutes to be served at the counter even though there was no line. There was no menu except a sign at the entrance so we had to take a picture of it before we got to the counter.
