I was satisfied.I would suggest 3 things: 1. The classical music so a part of LaMadelene's ambiance would be restored 2. The glaze of the Lemon LaMadelene would taste less sweet almost as if made with flavored corn syrup 3.Similar to IKEA's 'family's where a card or membership allows free coffee or hot tea LaMadelene would offer plain coffee or hot tea at a reduced cost of say $1.00 with some repeat customer standard.

They seem to be having problems in the kitchen. They brought my meal but not my husbands. I had to ask twice about it. He ordered eggs over medium. When he got them they were over hard. We didn’t say anything because he had been waiting long enough and just ate them the way they were. The table next to us were also waiting a long time for their food.

When i first walked in, i stepped to the Pick-Up Order area and i noticed that i was the only customer. However, even after being noticed by at least 3 or 4 employees/managers out of the 8 or so employees/managers, i still stood there, alone and waited a solid 3 minutes before an employee walked up to me to help me. She was very nice but i was highly disappointed with the management for basically ignoring me. The place is beautiful, though.

Outside table were not clean.

Ordered Turkey and swiss croissant. Specifically asked for NO lettuce or tomato...JUST turkey, cheese, and mayo. Unwrapped sandwich when we got home and it had lettuce and tomato on it.

My ceasar salad had some brown pieces of lettuce & had too much dressing on it. Not a big deal... also would love it if u could offer the reduced fat tomato basil soup and more low carb/low fat options. But for those not watching carbs it would be nice if u could put more than 2 tiny pieces of bread in the bread bags.

I was charged for a croissant 6 pack which I did not order during my dine in meal. After reviewing receipt upon arriving home, I called cafe and informed staff of overcharge. I was that I would have to return to store to settle issue

The tables were dirty. They were not wiped down for COVID-19 experience. It made us feel unsafe. The lettuce on the chicken Ceasar was not chopped all the way.

There is no microwave for heating milk for my coffee. This cafe is very noisy from the highway 380 traffic. It is difficult to leave the parking lot on the north side exit.
