There was no where to sit while waiting for my food. There were tables with do not sit by them...someone came in and sat over by the little waiting area in the middle of the 4 seats...

The lady behind the hot food counter yelled at us abrasively to, "ORDER YOU FOOD AT THE END". It was a very aggressive tone and she was not at all friendly!!

This was a training crew and there were mistakes made; however, each person was friendly, kind and willling to help. Once the kinks are worked out it will be a fantastic crew.

The order was not ready when I arrived after the promised time. The bread was with the order but the jams and butter that were promised were not.

We went in on Mother's day. It wasn't that busy inside but I think they had lots of to go or pickup orders. We got our food and ate but wanted desert after. The line was long for to go and nobody was there helping. After waiting for 10 min in line without any acknowledgement we just left.

The associate did not know pricing and constantly had to ask someone. In addition, my app could not be scanned. I was told it was not working and they did not know why.

French onion soup was luke warm. Manager tossed 3 croutons and a spoon of cheese in the soup. I have been to Paris and have had French onion soup in many countries. This was the worst. My wife's salad was not what she has become accustomed to at other La Madeleine's. Was not as tasty, was almost all one type of green. Like she got the "tail end" of the available salad.

Portion sizes were not as described on catering menu. Not enough food. I was made to purchase additional food to feed the 10 people the menu stated the portions would feed. Sliced baguette - only 4 unbroken pieces. I had to supply my own baguette and then purchase more. The cost versus value is not equal. $300 to feed 10 people because the initial order wasn’t enough food. The soup for 10 only filled 6 bowls. When confirming the order I specifically asked about portions and was assured there would be enough.

First, it is difficult to call in an order because it goes to a call center and I had to sit on hold. Unable to order online because it does not give options for any changes I want to make. Second, the sandwich was incorrect. I asked for no tomato pesto on a turkey bistro. My husband went and picked up the order and when he got it, he looked at the sandwich and asked the associate if it had pesto on it and he said, no that is cheese. I had to turn around and drive back over after my husband brought it home. Luckily, the manager was terrific and he refunded my money and made a new sandwich the way I asked for it (he confirmed that it had tomato pesto on it and hopefully will train the associate to check on these things instead of just giving a wrong answer to a customer). He apologized and also provided a drink while I waited. He was instrumental in saving me as a customer because I had planned to never go back after this.
