The chocolate croissants are never ready first thing in the AM. Always have to wait for them.

Location of ordering could be made more simple. At this particular location there can be a bit of confusion between customer who have already ordered and those who have not. There is a 90 degree counter top which is not clearly marked.

Order chicken parisien sandwich and it did not come with the balsamic chicken as advertised. It was some different kind of chicken and I will not go back to this la Madeline even though it is extremely convenient to my location. Very disappointed!
