I appreciate the quick service. However, I am wondering why service techn does not put in a paper mat when they get in my car. I put my own mat in and it's always got greasy footprints on it when I pick it up so I have to put a new one in.

Although I thought the service on the car was good it was rather expensive and there was no customer service at all. I felt like I was a burden to them for bringing my car there.

Great service all around. The workers and manager truly care about their job and on top of that, do a great job. Will not go back to Flagship ever again!
