No so good customer service from front desk staff.

gotta put five stars or they don?t post my review! They suck! Cracked windshield and they blame me for it! I had proof that it wasn?t but Rico backed his guys up and didn?t help for ****. 5/5 would not go again and so shouldn?t you!

Speedy service on the car. We forgot our registration and they let us go home and bring it back to complete the safety all in the same day. Im satisfied.

I got charged 79.95 recycling fee by your company to recycle a oxygen sensor. The store manager refused to take off the recycling fee. He told me to email corporate . I did that 3 days ago and I haven't heard back from anyone.

Excellent job and very fast service. I was able to schedule an appointment online the night before and got called in the morning to say that time slot was available.

I believe the oil change was performed okay. For that, I have no complaints except that it cost $108! However, I was not impressed with customer service which I thought was slow and somewhat rude. I will not return. Thank you!

The service that they did on my truck was fine, it is the price that got to me. I never paid more that $50 for an oil change before. That is why when they told me that my total was $80 I almost lost it. I don't think I would recommend anyone to go to Midas.
