Staff were very friendly and helpful in offering guidance for the type of bird feeder that would be appropriate for the location I was looking for.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. The many various products in the store are good quality, very unique and different from other retail stores— very appealing and hard to resist buying!!

Love shopping in your awesome store. You always have a great selection of gifts, birdseed, bird houses, bird feeders and poles. Your staff is always helpful and very friendly. Your reward programs are stellar with the bird bucks and membership loyalty program.

When you enter the store, the staff greet you but leave you along to wander. If they are you staying in an area for a length of time that is when they will approach you. They have knowledge of everything imaginable.

Everyone is always very friendly. If I could charge the birds for the food it would help offset the cost haha It is pricey but what isn’t anymore. Thanks
