Very quick very happy with my experience

James the customer assistance was second to none he gave us all the information we asked and was not at any time trying to rush us he was just very helpful at all time

We were greeted with a happy and welcoming smile which was then followed with fantastic knowledge and support resulting in a quick and easy purchase.

The store assistant was amazing and worked hard to get me exactly what I needed. He was very friendly and accommodating.

the customer service i received at Dreams was second to none. friendly, approachable staff who understood my needs and went the extra mile to ensure i left their store satisfied with my purchase and the service i received.

From the minute we walked into the store we were given first class customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision as to our purchase. A range of alternative mattresses were shown to us. We were given the opportunity to try them several times to compare before we made our final decision. This is the second purchase we have made from this store in the last 4 months and on bother occasions I have been highly impressed with the whole customer experience and journey. The staff arr excellent here.

The lad who dealt with us was amazing got us a great deal and to b honest the whole team helped . Very helpful and everyone was willing to do the extra mile for ur price range . Excellent service from the team at edge lane dreams . If this messsage can b passed on to them this would give them great morale . Excellent service guys . And they make a lovey coffee to hhahaha

The assistant on the day (the only male member of staff working in Edge Lane store, Sunday 1st August, while we were there - didn’t get his name) was incredibly friendly, without any pressure to purchase, and guided us through our first mattress purchase when we had no clue what we needed.

Was served by a lady called elyisa who was very knowledgeable and approachable. She showed us round the store took us to the sleep machine and offered us water. She was appropriate and kind.he understood our needs and suited us perfectly with the right pillow and mattress
