The service was very easy an quick! No problems with anything and helped us with everything we asked. Elysia was a great help.

We were approached as soon as we went into the store explained what we wanted were shown what we wanted and asked for time to browse the stock, narrowed it down and asked and were given the answers, Ryan who told us he was in training was the young man who first approached us, he was given help at point of sale by a more senior salesman and was allowed to process the order, most impressed by the assistance we were given by both young men, First time for me in Dreams my daughter who was with me recommended Dreams after her purchase in one of your other stores, highly recommend.

Josh was absolutely fantastic, really took the time to get to know what we needed and wanted. He helped us massively. Thank you Josh!

I visited the St. Helens store looking for a mattress to take away the same day, the agent showed me a selection he believed were in stock and I chose the Luna model. Unfortunately on checking, the store didn’t actually have it in stock, but he then rang around all the local stores to check availability and found one in the edge lane Liverpool store. He arranged with the manager of edge lane (deb) to reserve the mattress for me, and that they would be expecting me there later that morning. I then visited the other store and they were expecting me and all the staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Although I’ve not actually tried the product out yet (moving house tomorrow), I cannot fault the customer service I have received to date.

the areas where i put satisfactory are the areas where I would expect a well run stores to be of that standard but I thought the standard of the staff who I dealt with left me highly satisfied especially the young lady I think her name was VERA THANK YOU

John and Debbie at the Edge Lane Liverpool store were excellent. The sleepmatch service gave us tailored advice and we were able to whittle down the selection with John's assistance.

The chap who dealt with us could not have been more helpful.

Staff very friendly and approachable

Excellent service from John , he was very understanding of our needs and very patient . We didn’t feel pressured to buy or rushed. Really nice atmosphere in the shop with all the staff
