I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams. the customer service was excellent from the young man called josh he had very good knowledge off all the products we were shown. I would recommend dreams to my friends and family.

Josh was brilliant. He approached us when we walked in and was professional and friendly throughout. We were clueless about mattresses and he guided us to one we are very happy with.

I was greeted straight away when I entered the store and the member of staff was friendly and straight to the point. There was a good range of products to see and try and processing the order went smoothly too. Overall I'm pleased.

The assistant Elysia, helped me with everything so I could make a purchase with confidence.
