Member of staff took her time to explain all my mums options on choosing the correct bed her gentle approach to my 85 year old mum was really appreciated

I was greeted by a very pleasant young man. I knew what I wanted and he showed me all the merchandise that suited what I was asking for which was ottoman beds needed for storage (as well as a comfortable nights sleep !!!!) Unfortunately due to my age I found it extremely difficult to handle lifting and setting down the ottoman. I was showed and allowed to experiment with the electronic ottoman which was wonderful with its ease of use. Unfortunately as I wanted two beds this was too far out of my price range. What I liked about the service I was receiving was that this young man listened attentively to what I was asking for, took into account my problems with the items I wanted and then showed me the perfect solution (still pricey !!!) but within my budget. I left the shop to think about it but it did not take me long to return back and order both the beds. He was extremely knowledgable about all the beds and explained the advantages of other beds I was looking at but I stayed with my original choice. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by him and he is definitely an asset to your company. The whole experience was painless and I did not feel at all pressurized to buy.

Your sales lady Heather demonstrated a good knowledge of your products, and quickly understood our needs. She was most pleasant to deal with, and sat us down with coffee whilst completing the order. Finally she carried out our purchases (not beds) to my car. Heather was a real pleasure to deal with.

The staff were lovely and gave us plenty of space to try and view then decide on a mattress.
