The staff were very friendly and had very good knowledge of the products considering the store had only been open 4 days. The store was clean and spacious. John took me through the sleep test process and I liked that there was space available to store my coat and bag during this. I liked being able to try all the mattresses as many times as needed and did not feel pressured into making a decision. There was a large range of products at different prices and I was able to find one to match my needs. Both John and Alyssia were really helpful throughout the ordering process.

Even though it was a newly opened store , the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Elisa who was are assistated was so approachable and really helpful and hospitable an friendly she is a great asset to your company I would highly recommend her superb. 👍👍👍👍👏👏😁😁

New store opened that day yet staff had really familiarised themselves with products, placement and layout.

Received 4 PDFs confirming my order however I could not open any of them.Tried on my I-pad and my phone,so not sure if it was my lack of tech knowledge or a problem with the e-mail.

Not clear that mattresses and bed bases can be mixed while this may be obvious to some, it is less obvious to others. While advertising a sale there where not many items actually reduced and appeared to be the lower to mid range items

Bought tv bed and was not given option to not have the tv.

there is only one thing i was not satisfied with and that is having to wait 3 weeks for delivery ,overall everything else was spot on
