Great customer support and a good experience while shopping in the store.

We where welcomed into the store by Joshua, a lovely young man with perfect manners. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions confidently. He gave us enough space and time to discuss our options but was on hand when we had any questions. We ended up buying 2 mattress’s.He is a great ambassador for Dreams. Excellent customer service.

Really friendly staff, was given a pillow to walk around with which helped find what was best. We were out on a machine and shown what would be best for us and then it was really easy to see what bed would be best whilst walking around. We were asked if we wanted a drink and given lots of time to look around. The staff would ask if we needed anything and was really helpful. Placing the order was quick and easy

Very friendly staff, Josh took a lot of time to understand what I was looking for. He was very patient whilst I was making my decision and did not pressure me into making a decision. Josh was very knowledgeable on the products available and the design features

Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everybody was very helpful. We mainly dealt with Elisya at first and she was excellent. In fact all the staff are excellent and make a great team. You feel they genuinely want to help you without being pushy. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and staff highly.
