I approached the sales assistant, Tim, and asked him for advice in replacing our existing mattress. He asked the name of the mattress we already had, then suggested suitable replacements, giving details of the features of each of the mattresses. After trying out each of the mattresses, and listening to Tim’s advice, we selected our mattress. Arranging delivery was straight forward and we were able to select a date suitable for us.

The staff at the dreams store were amazing , so helpful and friendly , nothing was to much they explained everything about the different types of mattresses and pillows , will defiantly go back .

The sales assistance Lyndsey was extremely helpful on both visits to store. On our first visit the sales assistance was busy with another customer but went out of her way to inform us she would be with us soon. After this we got offered to use the Sleepmatch technology as well as drinks. After using the Sleepmatch we were taken to suitable mattresses and tested each one out with Lyndsey on hand to answer any questions we had. After this we got taken to the bed frame we liked and invited to try the ottoman against others available to check the ease of opening/closing. It should be added that Lyndsey cleaned all beds prior to us testing and also done the same with the pillows we had been given to test the beds. I retuned later that week and again spoke to Lyndsey would helped me purchase the mattress and bed frame and also provided additional services such as old bed collection, frame cover and upgrading our free pillows. First class service on both occasions!

The staff we dealt with were very knowledgable and helped us make the decision on what was the right mattress and bed for us. Also told us about the deals on offer. Was very satisfied with the service we received
