I was greeted by Lyndsey who was covering the Speke store. Her manner was so friendly. She knew her stuff and had the patience of a Saint. I did not really know what I was looking for but Lyndsey made the buying a bed experience so easy and stress free.

James was an absolutely delight to be attened to

Max served us. He was a very friendly, professional and knowledgable person. The part we were unsatisfied with was that the systems were down and he was unable to confirm our delivery date. He did try on several occasions to his credit, but the system issue wouldn’t resolve itself. To be fair, Max called me later that day from his personal mobile (as the phone systems were down also) to confirm the delivery date, although this was 2 days later than originally promised.

It was a very hot day and the first thing that was offered was a drink the assistant that served asked what I needed and went straight to the product I needed no messing about straight to my needs which I highly appreciate made sure I knew everything about the product was very friendly and certainly knew what he was talking about all sorted in a short space of time he made sure that the product was the right one for me

We felt very safe in the showroom and we were attended to politely and efficiently.

Overall the staff were spot on, no pressure from them to buy at all, as some sales people can be pushy and off-putting. The staff here let me look for myself and we’re available when I had questions. I wasn’t 100% sure what the best option for me was, so they helped me find the most suitable mattress. The only negatives I have are, when processing the order the tablets kept restarting the application once we were half way through. So this meant I had to go through the application details 3 times. This is not a negative comment against the sales staff at all, but the equipment seemed to be the issue here. The only other thing I was disappointed with was having to wait a month for delivery but I’m just assuming there must be a lot of orders to process. Overall the experience was positive and I would come back again when I next need a bed.

Friendly, warm welcome and no pressure to purchase. Left to try products at our leisure which was appreciated.

Tim the sales assistant was amazing. Really helpful and friendly.
