Terrific service, helped us to find what we wanted at a price to suit

The member of staff was very helpful and enabled us to get our order earlier than first expected.

As we came into the store we were greeted by a member of the store, who immediately helped us with our query. He patiently showed us around all the mattresses and allowed us to try any that we wanted. He even had the patience to wait when we wanted to try the same one again. He had pillows ready and Covid safe for us to test the mattresses.

Hi .I was really happy with my order of a mattress .the guy in the shop ( JamesA ) was lovely and so so helpful .we were offered a cup of tea, coffee.we settled for bottled water 😁. He used the bed machine on us which helped a lot .and now I just don't want to get out of bed 🤣.we adore our new mattress .thank you very much Regard Carol & John xx😁😁

we chose a double matres could not remember size we told the sales assistatant we would return that we did immediatley the sale assistatnt said turner mattres he remembered very impresed and personel we came to right shop

Wife went the week before and Tim was very helpfully. Then when i went Bill was extremely helpful and friendly to me and my little girl and spent extra time to listen to her tell him stories. He made the sale a very good experience.

Tim in the Speke store was brilliant. Super friendly, offered us a drink and made our first bed buying experience a pleasure and a lot more enjoyable than I was expecting! Tim is a huge credit to the store!
