We were very satisfied with our visit James the sales assistant was very polite and helpful

I was very impressed with the young man that looked after me ,his name is James A,he was very pleasant ,he was full of information about the beds, I was very impressed with the sleep machine I nearly went to sleep , i even had a nice latte while I was there, all in all it was a very nice day , thank you James A .

Friendly team, no hassle, didn’t feel like a hard sell, our 3 year old was with us and it didn’t feel like a problem that she was excited and bouncing around when we were completing the sale. Andy helped us and was great as were Bob and the the other team who helped out entertains our daughter and getting the finance completed.

Everything was very well explained and all our questions were answered. We were left alone to consider out purchase for as long as we felt necessary. We were also offered refreshments, which I felt was quite considerate. James A. Was very pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the many products available.

It was very pleasing to shop in such a well organised store.the store assistant who served us ( his name was Max ), put us as ease and most important was not too pushy.his manner and appearance was a credit to your store and your training.

Absolutely cracking salesperson, funny, charming, knowledgeable. Made the entire experience worthwhile. Walked in with only intentions of looking but colleague was so helpful and provided such high level of service we made immediate purchase
