Me and my wife were welcomed by a young salesman called’James A,he made us feel very comfortable while we’re trying some of the products on offer.also he was very considerate, offering us both a drink and making are visit pleasurable, thank you James A

We were welcomed by James, who was really knowledgeable about the products and really helpful during our visit

We were welcomed immediately when we entered the store. The advisor identified our needs and recommended products then left us to decide at our leisure without being pushy.

The staff were very friendly. Myself and my wife told the young sales lad what we were looking for and he showed us some items to fit our needs. We never once felt pressured into buying anything. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I called twice. The first time alone to check out prices and what was available. The second time with my partner to actually puck a mattress, base and headboard. On both occasions the staff members where knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent service.

From the moment we entered the shop we had courtesy and politeness and James gave us his full attention and offered refreshment. He was efficient as was the person who served the drinks

The assistant was extremely attentive took time to explain the products and made sure we spent enough time to make an informed decision on our purchase.

The sales assistant, Tim, in the shop was very helpful but not pushy, he gave us time to think about things and was personable.
