Tony who was helping me and put my order through was excellent. Friendly and assisted me and also gave me time on my own. I got offered a bottol of water when I was looking and a coffee when putting my purchase through. I looked at another Belstone also and the customer care was not near as good as Tony.

From walking in the door we were greated by the manager who assisted us with all are needs and answered are questions he was very knowledgable about all products

The sales colleague Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We came to buy a single bed but after speaking with Andrew we also purchased a new double mattress, which is excellent quality.

The people there were friendly and helped us quickly find our mattress, we settled with the tempur cloud elite and the process was fast.

The sales assistant Andrew was courteous and helpful. We did not feel under any pressure to buy and were allowed to take our time to find the bed that suited our needs.

Because the salesman couldn't do enough for us he went out of his way to help us .

Attention from Andrew and accessibility for my disabled husband was first class. As a Consultant Occupational Therapist, I was surprised at the level of accessibility for disabled people. Due to my husband having a pacemaker and a defibrillator implanted in his chest, Andrew even checked with his superior about any risks to my husband being assessed on the high technology bed. I would certainly recommend Dreams to my disabled clients, given that the store also sells profiling beds which do not look like something seen in hospital. Disabled people want usable, but aesthetically pleasing equipment which helps them and their carers to have a normal home. Quick and efficient service and a delivery date to suit. Well done!
