From the moment I stepped into the store, James D was friendly, informative and helpful, without being pushy or overbearing. He listened to my specific wants and quickly showed me the options available, explaining everything clearly and happily checking on availability for me. An excellent member of your team!

The customer service rep Tim, is extremely knowledgeable and had a clear understanding of our needs. He explained the options without too much pressure and didn’t follow us around the store as was the case when visiting other shops. Overall, a very welcoming experience.., also thank you for the complimentary bottle of water, a nice touch.
