I found the young gentleman Josh who served me at the Liverpool Speke store to be perfect in every way. He was informative, polite and courteous and didn't put me under pressure of any sort. He gave me all the information I needed but gave me time to breath to a decision at my pace. I knew he was there if I needed him and I knew e would be there to offer assistance in a flash. Old school service. I get sick and tired of retail staff acting like shadows and it puts me right off and ive walked out of many shops because of it. Not with this lad. He's spot on and should be congratulated for it.

From entering the store the assistant Bob was extremely helpful with overall advice. When we were more specific with what we wanted he directed us to the beds which gave us the best options with what we were looking for. He was available throughout our time in the store but not overpowering. He helped us with our final decision which we are looking forward to receiving.

Overall service was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. The only criticism I have is I wasn't able to be given a delivery date there and then although the lady assisting me did say she would call me as soon as she knows. I've even recommended you guys to a friend today. I hope the bed and mattress are of as high a quality as the service I received.

We where greated as soon as we walked though by a friendly lad called Joshua. He asked us what we was looking for and we told him we wasn't sure. He guided us though a sleep test which was really good and told us what mattress type would suit our needs. Joshua then took us up to try a few mattress and left us to discuss. We then called Joshua back up and he then showed us another alternative as we was still.unsure. the alternative was the grayson and it felt perfect. We also picked a bed frame. Joshua then placed our order with guidance from his manager . we thought he did amazing and gave us great sale and customer service. Thanks Joshua.

Quick & easy visit to the store - walked straight in and within 20 mins Bob helped me pick a bed. Delivery within 2 weeks is a amazing, especially when other businesses estimate over 2 months
