Salesperson was very attentive and listened to my needs and then showed me exactly what was available.

It was my first visit to a Dreams shop and I could not fault anything. I felt totally comfortable as I was shopping alone and just enquiring about beds. One of the staff team James assisted me and I explained difficulties with my back and legs and he was absolutely brilliant, very patient and understanding of my needs and my budget, even offered me a drink. James went through the dream experience of the three minutes on the bed where it records what mattress is best suitable and then took time showing me the different mattress and explaining in full detail all about them and gave me time to try out the different beds until I found the one that was perfect for me. He then took time explaining the bed frames, he never once pushed me into a sale but gave me all the information and space for me to make my own decision in my own time. James then explained about pillows and cool mattress covers again to meet my needs and then I placed my order. I could not fault anything and the whole experience of buying a new bed was pleasant, I was looked after and treated excellent, the other staff were also very friendly and pleasant too, I highly recommend Dreams.
