Brilliant service from Victoria at Liverpool Speke store. Would recommend to any friends/family in need of a new bed/mattress.

Lovely staff, very attentive, felt every at ease - really enjoyed the experience! Offered us drinks, felt very welcome And relaxed - will recommend to all our family and friends to use the Speke store - I just wish I got the names of the 2 people who looked after us as they were both lovely and deserve the utmost credit and they are a credit to the business

I spoke to the young lady on the phone before I went down and explained what I wanted I think she was new and getting trained but she was very capable and pleasent when I went in the shop to order all the staff were friendly and helpful making sure I got the right advice for my needs I would really recommend this shop to my friends, and when I need any more beds or mattress Im definitely going back to dreams,

An excellent and very friendly service. His explanation of the product was interesting and his experience came across nicely.

I was particularly impressed with the assistant who dealt with me - Victoria - she was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to go through everything over again to help us with our decision. I was genuinely surprised to hear that this polite and very friendly girl had only been working there for two weeks. Snap her up for manager training as she’s definitely clever and a credit !
