Big O Tires

I went to Big O after seeing an advertisement on TV. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to handle my tire purchase and oil change in less time than I expected.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt that I could trust them with our car and everything would be taken care of. I have used this Big O for some time now. The Delta store is much closer but I have been treated very rude several times and decided to not use that store even though it is twenty miles closer.

Service was both quick and excellent. They both took care of what I was there for and let me know that I should be planning on new tires before winter.

I was greeted immediately as I entered the facility and welcomed to the main service desk. Even though the gentleman that greeted me was with another customer, he took a moment to say hello and that he would be right with me. I was told it would be "about a half-hour," so I waited in the lobby. Twenty minutes later, I heard my name called and they were already finished with four new tires, installed and balanced. Highly recommend!

The whole team was very friendly! Ben was the associate that helped me he was very kind, helpful and took time to explain! I got off work at 5 had an extremely low tire by a miracle got it pumped up enough to be able to make it to the big O location and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the help that I got! Because it was so close to closing by the time I made it there I did leave it overnight but they were very quick to have it done before 9 this morning! As well as they moved it into the bay as I left it there to make sure it was one of the first done and also out of the elements and away from the crazy people outside. 10/10 highly recommended always.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and performed the service in a very timely manner.

Was greeted immediately. Store wasn’t overly busy but go my car in quickly. Fixed in a short amount of time.

Convenient, fast, no appointment needed and good price.
