Big O Tires

The associate was incredibly friendly and professional. I believe his name was Glen. The tire rotation was free and the alignment service was quick and affordable. They even offered me a cup of coffee when I said I was leaving to go purchase a cup!

Manager on 3rd street in Jct. Knows me very friendly the guys in the shop are also friendly. They make me smile

I went to this Big O because they had mask signs posted & were wearing masks (last one I went to did neither). First visit they didn’t get to my car in time quoted but I came back the next day and they got me in & out quickly even though I got there early. I planned to get just an oil change & ended up getting four new tires but I think price was good. (Didn’t have chance to shop & price compare). Was probably good they found the bubble on my tire before I had incident.

I have been going to Big O for tires almost from its Inception. I started going for the oil changes when they had a location close enough to my work I could walk back to the office. They've always been great friendly and honest with me. So now that I no longer work I still go there for oil changes and tires.

The manager Donnie is always very good to me.

Waited on as i got to the desk. Told it would be about 45 minutes. Ready in 30 minutes. Told me my brakes are about due for repair.

Been a Big O customer for 55 yrs. Donnie , the manager & his staff are great.

Got us in right away. Told us everything that was wrong and gave us options. Got our truck fixed and back on the road alot faster than expected.

Service is always fast and reliable. Service agents are kind and informative. They always offer and recommend services that my vehicle needs and are never pushy. I have been coming here since 2014 and have always had fast and reliable service.

The manager is a very nice man. He knows my name and always has a smile. Knows my cars which is good. But I had a new man, that tried to sell me tires, front end alignment. My tires are 60 thousand miles. Should not need.
