Big O Tires

I am a senior I went online to the shop picked out tires and alignment scheduled appointment and my total was 719.00 my mistake was not screenshoting the total. My final cost was 839.00 and my check tire gage was on as I drove off so went back. I now have a sensor out that wasn't out before new tires. I was quoted 89.00 to repair that. I replied not today and drove away.

All was good - I did get lower priced quote but may not have been apples to apples. I like this location & feel mechanics are honest

The price for the parts was way too high. Brake rotors at an auto parts store are $68 and I paid $196 a piece!

The service is slower for an oil change compared to other places (it's always at least an hour) however the work is good and employees are super nice

I was surprised at the high cost of tires these days. The tires are high quality and put on my vehicles promptly.

Took 1 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation

When I got home I checked my tire pressure due to the free tire rotation and my pressure was 44psi in the front tires and 40 in the rear. Not a big deal but totally an over site on the technicians part.

I cannot believe that it took 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. No one approached me about the reason why it took so long!

Getting the actual tires installed was satisfactory. The front desk staff had absolutely zero customer service skills. Acted like no one was standing in front of the desk when checking in or out. The tech that installed the tires did their job in a reasonable amount of time. Just disappointed in the front desk staff.
