I came in to get tires ASAP. I was NOT offered "Big O" brand. I have riden on "Big O" for about 500,000 miles. (that is 1/2 million miles) I have learned the trust and security of Big O. Now I am riding on a brand I have never heard of, and now am having a learning curve on an unknown brand, To be final with this, I am dissapointed that I an NOT riding on Big O

I looked under the hood the morning after my service visit and found air intake manifold was loose. Then I found a pin that fastens the cowling was missing and a hose was not connected.

I was told $250.00 bill was $360.00 took two weeks. To get rim. I called twice and did not get a call back. Said he did but nowhere in my call log, no messages. Just out to give a woman the screws.

I could write a book about the entire travesty of dealing with Heather, Heidi and especially the surly Laurie at the 3rd St location in Grand Junction. It has cost me at least five hours of time AND my credit card being fraudulently used and a card I’ve had for years has to change. I was thwarted from using a $50 Apology check that was valid in the covid years and deemed unacceptable to Laurie - the worst marketing person I’ve encountered in all my life - for $36. I will fight tooth and nail to speak with the District and Regional managers. I have been ignored and my multiple polite requests to die so to what is probably a millionaire 3 at least franchise owner the worst mistake these people could make. By far the worst experience in my adult life of a medium town business. They have lost my custom forever. Shame on them.

Van was dangerously out of alignment when I was driving home. Went back to Big-O Said they were closing and could not do anything that day. I had and hour and half drive home. Vehicle was swaying back and forth. Was told I could go to big O in Delta , which is 45 min. closer to home. Delta Big-O did alignment under warranty next day. It is much better. Not sure it is all better as it was very windy on driver home. Will take it out for a drive today.

Have been taking my truck to the same location since I purchased it, had new tires put on and paid for alignments. I continued to take the vehicle every 3 months for servicing. Yesterday I took in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, was informed due to bad alignment my tires were not suitable for the road. Was forced to purchase a new alignment package, new tires, new filters and was given the run around about the length of the process. Was called and told it was complete then upon arrival they had just begun my tire replacement. A half hour later they informed me they had not started any of my other services. Multiple employees stood out front as cars begun to pile up. A nice gentlemen Alberto was very helpful, and appeared to be the only one working on vehicles. My $50 service turned into $950 due to not receiving my requested alignments and proper service I had been requesting from the location.
