All staff were very friendly and respectable. This was my very first visit to a big o tire and as the saying goes, "first impressions are everything".

Customer service is great

Attempted to schedule appointment online but that deemed a little difficult. A front end line was suggested but in inspecting the vehicle they found a issue that we need to address. We're also told of another issue to address that was not Tire related. Thank you

Got in quick, right as scheduled. Old tires had odd wear pattern. They suggested free alignment check , turns out it was another Zeck Junker. Way out of whack front and back. Fixed now

What I liked about Big O tires was knowledge of the person that she was checking me in, and the showroom was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. When I was checking out the person that was doing that was very polite and explained everything to me and any questions I had for him he answered. I used to work for big o tires in Stockton California so I recommend anybody them.

When I came into the store I was treated with respect, and was valued as a customer. Everyone was very professional. When I looked out into the bays where the employees were working on vehicles I saw a crew that was professional and competent. I will definitely be making Big O Tire my go to place for my cars service and tire needs.
