There were long line waits at the ticket box and concessions. Waited over 20 minutes to get our snacks. Seemed the cashier was new and he was extremely slow as if he wasn't sure what he was doing. I felt that his supervisor should have been helping him. He had to walk four soda fountains down to get our drinks which took time especially with all the hustle and bustle behind the counter. I guess the one right beside him wasn't working. I was extremely dissatisfied with those two but the movie experience was great. I will consider the wait time and concessions service when deciding on our next trip to the movies and which theater to attend.
