Said show was sold out but it wasn't. We bought ticket for something else and went in. Concession line very slow

Not enough people at concession stand due to kids being out of school because of Easter.

Theater wasn't cleaned before opening for the next movie. Seats weren't very comfortable. Service was slow.

the movie was awful .. waisted my money on "Love the coopers . we walked out about 15 minutes into the show . not a Christian movie

It's 80 degrees outside and was hotter in the theater than outdoors. We complained twice and saw 3 other people complain. The staff kept saying "we'll take care of it" but never did. Everyone around us was dripping sweat by the end of the movie.
