Tinseltown Pearl and XD

It took 30 minutes to get a popcorn & 3 drinks....there were only 2 couples in line ahead of me. The employee was very slow getting the food & drinks. This location does not offer a military discount like MANY other theaters offer which i find is a disgrace!

This movie theatre would be a lot pleasant to come to if they had a better manager to take care of their customers. For example better customer service, I ordered pizza for my son, once we got comfortable in our seats for the movie, I had to get back up to take his pizza back because it was not cooked thoroughly (half done), the manager took care of it of course but did not once apologize to me, & it was also a customer behind me in the line that had a problem with her food & nor did she get an apology. I really didn't appreciate that kind of service at all because I give this theatre a lot of my business/money. I thought it was just plain ridiculous to get half done food in the first place. If the manager had offered an apology or given some sort of accommodation, I probably wouldn't have given this problem I experienced a second thought. Please address this matter if possible. Thank you
