One concession line open. I was early to my movie and missed all the previews and the start of my movie waiting to get concessions. Ridiculous. They even had employees there that could've opened other lines up.

Movie theaters were nice, but I saw pitch perfect 2 and the volume was down way too low, I could barely hear.

Storms caused electricity to go out. Got rain check for movie, but not for food and drinks that cost nearly as much as the 3D movie.

Awful! A kid was screaming the entire time an none of the staff intervened. We left early because the situation completely ruined our experience!
