I had a problem with the email coupon. It was buy a medium/large drink and get a free small popcorn. I've always gotten a large ICEE and the coupon worked but this time, the lady at the register would not accept the ICEE because she refused to believe it was not a drink. So i had to purchase another large drink in order to use the coupon. I was very unsatisfied with her attitude.
