It would be really helpful if ushers still checked on the theater. There was a really loud guest who was very disruptive and the audience had to quiet him. That shouldn't be our job. This keeps me away from traditional theater chains and encourages me to go to locations such as Alamo draft house where it's clear the staff cares about customer experience.
