Staff very friendly ! When I purchased my tickets at the box office, 2 weeks ahead of the performance, the one particular woman I purchased them from was very knowledgable and professional about the upcoming performance of the Bolshoi Ballet. The entire experience was a delight. The manager even asked a few of us if the performance was advertised as 12:55 because there was part if the performance already underway when people were arriving. He thought perhaps there could be a glitch in the EST vs the CST given as the performance to begin. He said if it did not begin from the start at 12:55pm, the management would issue passes to the audience present. ( I thought this quite a generous gesture since this was a first in ballet performances from the Bolshoi Ballet at the Cinema.) There was no need for management to do so as the performance was initiated and began from the beginning at the prescribed time, 12:55 pm CT. The theater was immaculate and the restroom facilities were immaculate as well! A very lovely experience!
