It was my sons first game, so I went to guest services to get a certificate. We were so excited! When I walked up I told the woman why I was there and with an expressionless face she just handed me a piece of paper. At least at our first flyers game they ask your name and fill it out for you. She did not seem to want to be there. A little disappointed.
