We love Coors Field. My husband hates the Detectors at the gates. He was so upset, he dropped his brand new phone & broke it as he picked it up from the bowl. That really made for a bad night.

Should've planned better for the new metal detectors and the concessions were a circus.

We've attended games for years and never had such terrible service. Waiting an hour to get in (through security), waiting over 30 minutes in concession line just to get food/soda...ridiculous! It's never been like this and I hope it gets fixed or many will quit coming.

It was good except the game was postponed because of a water main break.

Customer service was horrible. It took a ticket lady 15 mins to not help at all. We ended up going to a different window because it was taking WAY too long. Then when I wanted to exit for re-entry, the worker ignored me and wouldn't take two seconds to stamp my wrist and let me out. I had to go to another worker to let me out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
