It was my first time going to the Zoo Boo and I had a blast with my kids

As always a great experience

Some much work put into their events. Grounds kept so beautifully. Love it!

We went for zoo boo so many animals we did not see.

I have a membership and and showed my card at the front and the woman wasn't very nice about letting me in with my son or nice about explaining why it was such an ordeal that I couldn't come in till my husband got there and had to wait till he was arriving later on. I left my license in the car didn't want to walk all the way back to the far parking lot back and forth with my 3 year old toddler he was already getting impatient not being able to go in and waiting that long and walking that much. Besides giving me such a hard time about my license and not getting in even though I am a member who had my card and even gave her my husbands name to look him up because he had one too and we never have been given a problem with his card or with him coming in at the same time! But we can't always come together or same time isn't that why we both have cards?! But also she was also just not very nice or pleasant or warm and welcoming.

Open gates earlier

Cooler day and many animals still inactive :( kind of disappointed

There was an event that day where some people could get in at. 9am but members weren't allowed in until 10am. This is wrong . Members shod be allowed in early when there are other event participants being allowed in

Nice visit to the zoo
