Upgrades

The train left while there were still two ppl in line paying but yet several open seats on the train. It could have waited 2 minutes for paying customers to get on and not have to wait another 15 minutes. It was rude and my child didn't get to ride it.

I was disappointed that the zoo closed at 4 instead of 5, and that the price has gone up.

Normally I would not have a negative word to say about the FWZ, but today was severely disappointing. Having brought family from out of town made it that much worse. Parking was a challenge because we had to wait for people to leave the zoo because there were NO spots available and the lot across the street was closed. The lines to purchase drinks and food were so long that after a 45 minute wait in line I gave up and decided maybe we should just leave. The vending machines were even empty so there was no hope of getting a drink from them. The bathrooms were nasty and in desperate need of cleaning. It is obvious that the zoo failed to plan for a busy day.

The zoo was very very disappointing... There was not many animals to see & it's highly over priced...
