No paper towels in the restrooms. Which is forgivable. But the general unfriendliness of the staff. From the security checkpoint, to the concession workers, to the ones cleaning after the game was disappointing.

Good and beer way too expensive

The Dome has a rule that no purses are allowed, that is a rule set by the NFL for safety and is understandable. However various staff members sent us (and other fans attending the game) all OVER the outside of the facility looking for the bag check. When we finally got to where we were told it was, we found they had already closed and we were told either throw our bags away and go in or just not go in. This was crazy! While we were waiting on a higher up person to talk to, another staff member told us that they had decided to move the bag check to the other side of the Dome. So by the time we finally checked the bags and made it back to the gate, the game was in the 2nd quarter. And we began looking for the bag check booth over an hour before kick off. Then we had to leave early to get the bags, because we were told that one hour after the game was over, the bag check booth would be closed. Basically there was lots of miscommunication on the part of the Dome workers which led to an unpleasant experience for us as well as other attendees.
