very dirty and they didn't have elephants. first zoo I go to where the animals look so sad

we renewed membership online then tried to pick up boo at the zoo tickets i was told that my parents information was no longer in the system and they had to re take pictures for membership cards. we have been members for years and never had this problem before. once they took the picture once it should remain in system especially if all info remains the same
