site line is bad seats to small and no place to put extremely over priced beverages

Garth Brooks put on an excellent concert to bad Joe Louis is run down, too small and not organized. The parking is terrible you pay $20 to park and the areas in which you need to get back to your car are blocked off with no direction on how to get back to your car and the security staff are rude when you ask them. The parking structure is filthy the same garbage and needles were their from a week ago. It is known that a new facility is being built BUT the ones that attend events now are seeing a filling failing part of Detroit without any attempt to make it clean, safe and organized. You are still making you money but not doing anything for your costumers. Will not go back to Joe Louis I would rather go out of town to see someone in concert. What a shame.

We have been to Joe Louis 4 times now for youth hockey games and tournaments and every time the staff is rude and nasty. They are unorganized and don't know where we are supposed to wait. Never once a smile from any worker. Always

it was fantastic except the arena is very old and the seats are cramped
