My disappointment comes from standing in line forever and then finding out they ran out of pop. They knew for a little bit, but did not shout it out to anyone or hang a sign. I went to the concession stand down a ways to get my refill and that stand had run out of pizza and hot dogs. You would think when they host the World Series and you pay a ton for your ticket and it's sold out that they would have made a bigger order. This does not make out of town visitors want to come back!

No longer a family event. probably won't be able to take my 3 and 5-year old back. You have successfully priced me out of the event. The average family simply can't afford to go to "America's" game, but that's not the worst part. Both my 3 and 5-year olds had to use the restroom. It was as if they hadn't been cleaned since last season. For what you charge, invest in a $2 bottle of Clorox and sanitize your restrooms. It was so bad it actually didn't feel safe. My 3-year old didn't want to go back in and wet his pants in defiance. I didn't blame him. It was aweful! What a way to lose a potential life-long fan starting at 3-years old. That was his memory of his first Royal's game. Thanks!

Food and prices suck

the food is over priced, they ran out of chicken for the nachos and told my friend it would be 2 mins before they had more so I ordered beef nachos thinking hers would be right up, no 15-20 mins later hers was ready and even though I hadn't eaten mine and was standing at the register the whole time they wouldn't replace it for hot nachos we missed 2.5 innings just waiting in line and for our food a complete waste of money and had we went to the other side of the stadium for nachos they actually gave you your moneys worth and in a timely manner bc the people next to us had left after us (as part of our group stayed) & returned 15 mins before we did..
