Had a great time taking my kids to their first Royals game. All staff, from security to bag checkers, ticket takers, parking attendants were nice and helpful. Walking with two little ones in a light rain we were offered a ride to the stadium. The ticket checker made sure we knew to go to guest services to pick up a certificate for their first game. Everyone was great!
